Kevin is a highly experienced Travel Marketing Specialist, with over 20 years’ experience. He was Marketing Director of Hills Balfour and his extensive client experience includes – New York, Las Vegas, Texas Tourism, Kenya Tourism, and Bermuda Tourism.

Nick Hammond

Media Director

Nick has been an Advertising Agency Strategist, Media Agency Director, Head of Sales in a Global Media Organisation and Founder of Innovation Consultancy – The Creative Filter. Previous organisations have included: Saatchi & Saatchi, Aegis, Publicis and News UK.

Melina Collie

Marketing Director

Melina has a track record of success in the travel industryspanning representation, marketing and PR including heading up the long haulmarketing team at TUI Specialist Division and also working with destinations,creating long term partnerships with lifestyles brands.

James Bailey

Managing Director

James has been working in the travel industry for nearly 10 years and has experience working directly for a tourist board, representation agency and most recently in advertising with MDSG. He previous roles were with Tourism and Events Queensland and Visit Sunshine Coast

Bethany Fok

Account Manager

Bethany discovered her interest and love for travel after travelling to North America and Asia for 6 months in 2014. With this in mind, she then pursued the tourism industry by enrolling in a course specialising in tourism marketing and graduated end of 2015 with a Master’s degree in Tourism.

Daniel Corbett

Creative Manager

Dan is a senior designer who specialises in graphic design andcorporate, commercial and fashion photography. He has over 15 years experiences and his worked for a number of leading UK agencies. Dan joined MDSG in 2014 and works across a number of accounts.

Nick King

Digital Director

Most of Nick’s 20-year working life has been spent with some of the leading technology players in market, to monetise content in the most efficient way. Nick’s conclusion is that technology coupled with shared-knowledge is the future of digital marketing.

Carrie Whale

Account Executive

Carrie started her career in marketing in 2019 straight from leaving school with 3 credible A Levels and now is developing her career in Marketing, Events and PR here at MDSG.

John Stacey

Financal Director

John also prepares regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives as well as creating and adhering to budgets for specific departments, projects and business needs.
